Hi, I'm Holly
I'm a female Personal Trainer with a passion for helping women build their strength, fitness & confidence using personalised, efficient & effective training programmes.
I support women at all stages of life, including in pregnancy, postnatally, during perimenopause and through menopause.

I'm a northern gal and after 12 years in London, I moved back to my home town in 2025 and now offer face-to-face Personal Training in Sheffield.
For those further afield, I also offer online Personal Training sessions & Online Coaching programmes (I work with women in Yorkshire, London, New York & beyond, so the world is literally our oyster)!
