I strongly believe that exercise and improving your physical fitness shouldn’t feel like a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make, and I make it my mission to help you to find the pleasurable side of fitness!


Growing up, I definitely wasn't ‘sporty’ and I certainly didn’t enjoy exercise. However, in my early 20’s, fitness became an integral part of my life and became a way for me to manage and alleviate symptoms of anxiety. Alongside the improvement that fitness has on my mental health, there were undeniable improvements in my physical health, strength, physique and self-esteem too.


Pairing my background in psychology with my expertise in women's health and fitness, I adopt a person-centred approach to Personal Training. This means that I'm able to explore and address the physical, psychological and biological training needs of my clients to ensure that every training programme is unique and provides the best possible results.

We will work together to identify, forecast and tackle any potential barriers to progress (such as sleep quality, self-care, nutrition, hydration, mental health, childcare, stress management and prioritisation to name a few), allowing a sustainable lifestyle change to take place without sacrificing the things that you enjoy.


Through taking the time to fully understand your body, needs, goals and circumstances I am able to place just as much focus on supporting you to build internal strength, resilience and wellbeing as I do on helping you to achieve the aesthetic results that you desire. 

SPECIALISMS & EXPERTISE

PRE & POST NATAL EXERCISE

I am qualified to design and deliver safe, effective and appropriate exercise programmes for pre- and post-natal clients. 

Exercising during and post-pregnancy has many amazing benefits; however, as a mum myself, I recognise that exercise during this time can be understandably anxiety provoking and practically challenging without the right support and expertise.

To reduce any barriers to exercise or childcare needs during the post-natal period, you are welcome and encouraged to bring your baby with you to any sessions.

I offer a range of pre- & post-natal training options including Personal Training, online group classes, outdoor classes and online coaching.

NUTRITION FOR HEALTH & PERFORMANCE

Certified through the Association for Nutrition (AfN), I adopt an anti-diet culture approach to nutrition advice, support and guidance.

Exercise is only one piece of the puzzle, and if left unaddressed, poor nutrition will remain a barrier between yourself and your goals.

I work alongside my clients to understand their eating patterns and dietary beliefs, in order to provide evidence-based nutrition education to support achievement of goals and create sustainable healthy eating habits.

Particular areas of expertise and interest include:

- Nutrition for fat loss

- Nutrition for increased lean muscle mass

- Energy requirements for optimal health and performance

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

I have a strong interest and vast experience in functional training, both as a Personal Trainer and as an F45 Coach.

Functional training incorporates compound exercises which replicate day-to-day movements, allowing you to strengthen muscles required to carry out everyday tasks, enhance range of motion and improve coordination.

MENTAL HEALTH & WELLBEING

After completing my Psychology degree in 2011, I began my career in the charity sector supporting individuals with mental health and addiction issues.

Fast forward to 2019: my passion for promoting holistic health and wellbeing led me to live out my dream as a fitness coach and personal trainer, where I support clients to use exercise as a way to achieve balance in their life.


Using a health-first approach, I support my clients to become fitter, healthier and happier versions of themselves.

Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside! I will make sure your body and mind find the right balance, and push you to achieve your full potential.

Ultimately, your goals are my goals and I am on hand every step of the way to offer motivation, accountability and help to overcome any barriers that may prevent you from meeting them.

I offer personal training sessions within fully-equipped, private PT studios in both Chelsea and Earls Court.

However, if childcare or travel is a barrier, I am also able to offer Personal Training sessions at your home or in your local park! 

The areas I cover include: Battersea, Chelsea, Clapham, Earls Court, Fulham, Imperial Wharf, Pimlico & South Kensington.

EXPRESS PT - 30 minutes (at home or outdoor) | £55 / session

1 ON 1 PT - 60 minutes (Chelsea / Earls Court) | £90 / session

1 ON 1 PT - 60 minutes (at home or outdoor) | £85 / session
